What We Offer
Mentorship
Led by our Women In Engineering (WIE) chapter, Big Eng Little Eng is a mentorship program that pair first year students with upper year students to ease them into their new university life.
Quiet Study Place
Our office is a quiet study environment. Students are welcome to ask questions and seek academic help from our execs during their office hours.
Networking Opportunities
Our student branch organizes multiple networking events connecting students to industry professionals such as WIE Tech Panel and Wine and Cheese.
Dry Lab Access
Our office has a lab workspace where students can practice their technical skills. The lab is equipped with FGPAs, oscilloscopes, micro-controllers, a soldering station, and more.
Hardware Access

WIE Affinity Group
The mission of the IEEE uOttawa Women In Engineering is to inspire, engage, encourage, and empower women to pursue the engineering field. They are responsible for organizing IEEE Wine & Cheese, one of our student branch's largest events.
